What foods are allowed and what can or can not be eaten… We have all heard of “Calories In, Calories Out”.  The idea on this is that as long as you eat fewer calories than you burn, you’re bound to lose weight. Basic metabolism, Digestion, and physical activity…

When the number of calories you eat lines up with the calories you burn, maintaining stable weight will occur… Therefore “Calories In, Calories Out” method is honestly true… We can all sit here and write, read or talk about “diets” all day.  All it really is,  is Consistency…
