Stay Positive

We all think of the word “positive,” or “positivity” most of us probably think “happy, or joy” However, happiness isn’t the only type of positivity. There are so many ways to be positive in life, even when you’re experiencing sadness, anger, or challenges…

Many of our experiences in life are a result of how we react and or respond to our surroundings… Make Goals: I believe that making goals gives us a more positive outlook on things… Think of how much more confident and hopeful you will be.

Keep a Journal: Write down the progression of your goals, how and what ya did to achieve them.

Keeping a journal can help you see all of the emotional experiences in your day, week, month…

Gratitude: Gratitude helps you feel more positive, enhances your relationships with others, encourages compassion, and increases feelings of happiness… Make an effort to recognize all the little positive things that happen throughout the day. Write them down in a journal…

This being said people, use your mind and your body. As they are connected… If your struggling to stay positive, it’s most likely your body is working against you. Try standing up straight with you’re chin up, shoulders back, chest out. Take a deep breathe, and smile…
